  1. Temperature: 325 Degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Time:  10 Seconds
  3. Pressure: High Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic)
  4. Peel: Hot Peel
  5. HEAT PRESS REQUIRED You must have even pressure and temperature.
  6. NO TEFLON SHEETS, COVERS or PILLOWS
